Especially in the area of business and management?
Perhaps they need more training – but you lack the time and resources?
Or, perhaps your job directly includes supervising students?
And sometimes you feel out of your depth?
Do you feel you lack:
Research methods insights and skills?
And how to teach these?
Experience and competence in helping students with thesis writing?
Student management ability?
At Eureka! Advisor, we have developed a tried-and-tested program to address these needs, fully customized for your university or college, see below for more details:
Program Overview - The increasing interest in postgraduate programs (especially in business and management) has been influencing academic institutions to recruit competent teachers, supervisors and advisors who can manage students’ talents - and challenges. Most reputable postgraduate programs such as the popular MBA degree require students to write research-based final papers – business plans, consulting reports and academic theses. Faculty appointed to guide these students are facing significant pressures to deliver within the variant set of rules and regulations instructed by the different academic institutions, influenced by accreditation demands. Our Eureka Advisor trainers have many years of experience in different university and college settings, and a track record of success in supervising and examining.
Eureka Advisor is committed to meeting the needs of the academic institutions to ensure their supervisors and advisors are able to deliver within the stated standards, and to help train and qualify faculty who are interested developing their expertise in the role of supervision.
Eureka Advisor has designed this unique program to facilitate the knowledge and skills which supervisors and advisors must acquire and practice to manage the challenges and to enable both the postgraduate students and their institutions to meet their vision and objectives.
